Hey, guys!

Just wanted to give you all a little warning. For those of you who don't know already (hopefully at least one of you did), DA will be switching over to a new layout called Eclipse on May 20th.

In fact, if you look on the green navigation bar at the top of your screen, you should see a little switch with the word Eclipse next to it. By clicking on the switch you can see what Eclipse will look like and get acquainted with its features. Then you can just click on the switch again when you're done to go back to the old site.The option of switching back and forth between Eclipse and the old site will be available until, again, May 20th; Eclipse will become permanent on that date.

From what I've seen, Eclipse won't be all that different from the old site. Save for a different layout and a bunch of new features, pretty much everything will remain the same. It definitely will take some getting used to, though.

I have, however, seen a number of people protesting against Eclipse and getting angry at DA for it, which I personally don't get. Unless they know something I don't know, I don't see anything all that wrong with it. We're not going to be losing any significant features, but in fact gain some new ones. The worst thing I can see about it is that it will be a bit of a nuisance at first to figure everything out. But it's not like DA hasn't changed things before. Not to this degree, of course, but still, it has changed things that we've struggled to figure out before. This shouldn't be all that different.

But what do you guys think? Comment below and tell me how you feel about Eclipse. Do you think it's unfair for DA to do it?

EDIT: Please take time to share this information with your watchers, and tell them to do the same, and so on and so forth.

EDIT 2: OK, so I've been looking deeper into Eclipse, and apparently, for us writers, it's going to be near unusable. First off, St.ash is removing the option to save drafts or any future changes to already saved drafts, which is just stupid! What's the point of having St.ash if you can't even write anything in it??? Also, since we can't make more than one change to already saved drafts, we have no choice but to try to write our pieces in ONE FREAKING SITTING! Sorry, but that's not really possible to do. On top of that, the option to edit drafts after posting them have been removed, so if you spot any mistakes you can't really do anything. I haven't even tried posting a LIT. piece while on Eclipse, so there's no telling how that's been mangled. Now, theoretically, Eclipse is planning on improving on these problems later, but there's no telling how long or if they will. So, my tip for my fellow writers is for you to create as many blank drafts as you can before the 20th, then take the text you have in your already saved drafts and move it to a WORD document, if you don't already have a copy there. Hopefully, this will allow you to work on the stories there then copy+paste them into the blank drafts. I don't know if this will help, but it's the best I've got right now. More ideas would help. But I know understand why everyone is mad about Eclipse! This is so not fair! :angry:

Edit 3: OK, so misinformation on the last edit. We can still make changes to already saved drafts on Eclipse (as far as I was able to see), however, we will no longer be able to create new drafts on Sta.sh, which is still really stupid. The only place where we will have to write our pieces in one sitting is on the Literature format, which you can find by putting the arrow over the Submit button. So, if you ever use that it is best to copy+paste the text off of a WORD doc. However, if you do that, I should warn you that it won't let you copy+paste gifs, or pictures from other websites; it has a special tool to insert those in. You can copy+paste the link to Youtube videos, though. Which is why I stress that you all should make those blank drafts before the 20th so you can avoid using the Lit. format as long as possible. I'd probably only use it for my regular stories and use the blank drafts for my articles, since they typically include gifs, pictures, and videos. Let's just hope that Eclipse doesn't cripple Sta.sh any more that it already has once it becomes permanent.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
IF YOU WERE FOLLOWING MY STORY THE HEALER'S STUDENT, PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

~~~~~
Before you guys start getting all excited and thinking that it's finally happened, I finally made the Facebook group and you can finally read the rest of my stories, I should inform you that no, I have not made the Facebook group yet, sadly.
However, I am very close to doing it. I already know what the group will be called ("Storyteller's Corner"), but I haven't quite figured out how I'm going to deal with the whole sharing-my-stories-with-everyone issue. So thank you guys for being so gosh darn patient with my infuriating lack of motivation to get it done. I really appreciate it.
Anyway, the reason why I'm posting this journal is because I have a question for my faithful readers, more specifically, those who faithfully followed my story The Healer's Student.
You guys already know that I had been revising The Healer's Student into an OC story over at FF.Net. Well, I've been thinking about what I was going to do when I started sharing the story on Facebook and how I was going to deal with writing two versions of the story, and I'm thinking that there is a strong possibility that I will discontinue the Reader Insert version of the story that I started here on DA and instead just continue the story as an OC story from now on.
There are several reasons why I want to do this.
First, I just feel like the OC story is more complete and full than the Reader Insert version was, because I was able to expand on certain scenes and ideas and add more to the story, as well as successfully weaving my extended scenes and Battle Wound into the story. While it's true that I can do all that to the Reader Insert version as well, I don't really want to go through that whole process again if I already have it written in OC fashion anyway.
Second, I have a better time connecting to the OC than I do to the Reader, believe it or not. It's just easier for me to write the heroine when she has a face and I can visualize her expressions and body movement rather than figuring out how to make things work with a blank slate, and it's nice to not have those limitations to worry about. It's not a problem in a shorter story, but for a fanfic as big, elaborate, and detailed as this, it does present some difficulties.
(By the way, in case you didn't know, Jessica Brown Findlay is my faceclaim for the OC, Edlyn.)
Related image
Third, kind of going off of my last point, I just feel more comfortable with this story being as long as it is when it's an OC story. I admit I have always felt embarrassed by the fact that my story is the longest Reader Insert in the history of Reader Inserts. While there's nothing really wrong with that, over time I have come to prefer Reader Inserts in shorter formats, like one-shots or short stories. I can't really explain why I feel this way, I really can't, but I feel like the length of this story is more appropriate for an OC story than a Reader Insert.
Fourth and last, it will lighten my workload considerably. You guys know that I not only have you, my DA readers, to write for, but also my FF.Net readers as well. So it will take twice as much work to share with both of you, since I'll have to write the Reader Insert version for you guys, then revise the whole thing for them to read. Not to mention that if I do end up sharing my stories via Group Chat, it will prevent me from having to keep track of which group is for which version when I'm just sharing the same story with all of you instead. Although I may still have to make more than one Group Chat in order to accommodate the large number of people who will be reading the story, it'll be less confusing if you all reading the same story anyway.
So, that's my question. Would you guys object to me ditching the Reader Insert version of The Healer's Student and continuing on with it as an OC story instead?
Honestly, the story wouldn't be all that different, you'd just have to get used to the heroine having a name, a face, and a more detailed story.
So what do you think?
You can leave your answer, and/or any questions you may have, in the comments below, or you can just fave this journal if you're OK with my decision.
God help me! My Muse just can't stop giving my ideas for fanfictions, can she? It appears not. So, here's yet more future fanfictions that I will probably never get done, at least not within the next decade. Here are the first three lists, in case you're interested:
Coming Soon!
Coming Soon!-Part 2
Coming Soon!-Part 3
All right, let's get to it! Thankfully there isn't as many things on this as there were last time.
~*~
Name: Deliverance
Fandom: Marvel
Chapter Count: 8
Pairings/Relationships: Bucky Barnes/Male OC, Steve Rogers/Peggy Carter
Summary: This is another story that I started writing as a reader insert, but changed to an OC story. The reason for this change was because I realized that what I had planned for the first chapter exceeded DA's character limit. I was reluctant to rearrange the story, so the DA edition has been put on the shelf for now. However, I already had plans to revise the story as an OC story for FF. net and AO3, so I've continued writing it as such. Whether I decide to post it as a reader insert, or an OC story, or both, on DA, is yet to be decided. Anyway, in this story, the OC, Isaac Verona, is a soldier fighting for the Howling Commandos during WWII. He goes missing during a mission in France, prompting the Commandos to run an endless search for him, the most determined of them being Bucky, who has been in a secret romance with Isaac for months already. The story follows Isaac after he escapes from a man named Dr. Manato Oshiro, a Japanese doctor in league with Arnim Zola and HYDRA, who has been holding him captive in order to fulfill the sinister plans he has for him. Unfortunately, the story will not reveal just what Dr. Oshiro's plans were for Isaac. To know that, you have to read the sequel, which is summarized below.
Name: (The) Faceless
Fandom: Marvel
Chapter Count: 30, at least
Pairings/Relationships: Bucky Barnes/Male OC, (slight) Sam Wilson/ Female OC, Wanda Maximoff/Vision, (slight) OC/OC
Summary: This is the sequel to Deliverance, and as I said above, all unanswered questions left by that story will be answered in this story (not that I will say them here, you have to read the story to find out what they are). Anyway, this story has a very interesting timeline. The story takes place from late August 2017 to early- late June 2018. It's also supposed to take place between Black Panther and Infinity War (both of which I have not seen yet and probably should, so the story will be subject to change should something not work out with what I have planned). Because of this, some movies had to be pushed forward and back on the timeline and there will be some alterations of canon. Anyway, at the start of the story, the team has just finished up a grueling legal battle which ended in Bucky being pardoned for his crimes and the Sokovia Accords being put on the shelf (both of which are very fragile deals and could be withdrawn at the slightest misstep). One of Bucky's first missions with the newly reformed Avengers is to go to Japan and help them apprehend an elusive but deadly assassin locally named the Noppera-bō, the Faceless Spirit. Seems straightforward enough. However, things take a complicated turn when, during one of their first encounters with the assassin, his mask falls off, revealing the face of someone Bucky knew decades ago, and believed to be long dead (look at the summary for the first story and you'll probably be able to guess who. Hint: it's not Dr. Oshiro). Just a note, this story is not as simple as it may seem.
Name: The Other Barnes (unofficial title)
Fandom: Marvel
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: No romantic relationships
Summary: This story was inspired by a photomanip I found on Pinterest showing Sebastian Stan standing next to a double of himself, with the caption "Imagine if Sebastian Stan had a twin." (66.media.tumblr.com/1b974d8857…) This story takes place in a similar timeline and with similar canon alterations as The Faceless story. It takes place between Black Panther and Infinity War, and mainly starts out with Bucky trying to redeem himself by helping the Avengers. Anyway, his first mission in this story is to help the Avenger track leftover operations of HYDRA that are still active and tear them down. One such mission leads them to a remote laboratory in some random location (I'm thinking Norway as a placeholder), where they discover a tank containing what is revealed to be a clone of Bucky, created while he was the Winter Soldier. Rather than killing the clone, they instead let him live, and Bucky takes it upon himself to help the clone figure out who he is and his place in the world. Over time, the clone develops a personality all his own, not to mention many other problems. As you can no doubt tell, this story is heavily under construction. I really only have the gist of it planned out and not the details. For example, I don't know why the clone was made, or what his name will be (although I'm considering the name Randell for some reason, but it's just a placeholder for now). I also have an idea that there was something extra added to the clone's DNA. One idea is that it's the X-gene taken from a deceased mutant, which means that the clone would have his own superpowers. But again, it's still under construction, so I don't know what's going to happen yet.
Name: The Dark Selves Series (unofficial title)
Fandom: Marvel
Chapter Count: Multiple Stories
Pairings/Relationships: Various
Summary: This is actually going to be a long and complex series of stories. I got the idea for this series from a dream I had, where Vision had to battle an evil version of himself (simply called Dark Vision). I don't remember what exactly happened beyond that, just that at one point Dark Vision tried to hurt Wanda, which really pissed Vision off. Anyway, after having this dream, I started brainstorming the idea for this story, where Dark Vision came from an Alternate Universe in order to destroy the Avengers, after pretty much killing all the Avengers in his world. After being overpowered by our Avengers, Dark Vision travels to other Alternate Universes (how he does, I don't know yet), and collects all the evil versions of each of the Avengers. So that's what each of the stories will be about; each story will focus on one of the evil Avengers, their exploits, and those that oppose them (the Good Guys of their worlds). The series will be constructed like the movies, each an individual story leading up to the big battle where all the Avengers will go up against the evil versions of themselves, with the help of their evil selves' enemies. It'll be fun. Anyway, this story is still under construction and, knowing me probably won't be started for another century or so.
Name: The Volt Chronicles (unofficial title)
Fandom: Marvel
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: (platonic) Thor/Female OC, (platonic) Avengers/Female OC
Summary: This is really just a series of chapters chronicling the storyline of my OC Valerie Tang, AKA Volt, an Chinese-American, electrokinetic mutant who joined the Avengers. I actually developed the character off of this fic (littlemisssyreid.tumblr.com/po…). Even though the fic centers around the reader having a romance with Bucky, I don't think such a thing will happen with Valerie. I mean, I don't really know. Maybe, just a little. But for now we'll say probably not. Anyway, the story will follow her from her first appearance in a post-credit scene for the first Thor movie, to her joining the Avengers after helping them during the Battle of New York, and throughout the various movies that follow, displaying her growth with her powers and the relationships she develops among the team, particularly her brother/sister relationship with Thor.
Name: Pride (unofficial title)
Fandom: The Hobbit
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: Fili/Female OC, other relationships are TBA
Summary: Leave it to my Muse to keep giving me ideas for Hobbit stories when I can't even post them online due to the Tolkien Estate's copyright. In this story I'll be bringing back Edlyn, my reader-turned-OC from my revision of The Healer's Student on FF.Net. In this story, however, she will be a slightly different character with a different story (and possibly a different face). The story involves most of the Hobbit characters, but it will take place in world that is more similar to Game of Thrones (which I have never really watched, but have binged watched various scenes scattered throughout the series without really knowing what goes on), so pretty much all the characters are human. Anyway, the plot is a shameless copy of the plot for The Lion King II, with Edlyn filling in the role of Kovu and Fili filling in the role of Kiara.
Name: Bofur, Alone
Fandom: The Hobbit
Chapter Count: 1-3
Pairings/Relationships: No Romantic Relationships
Summary: Here we go again with the Hobbit fanfictions! Sheesh, why won't my Muse just leave me alone with these?! Anyway, this story is going to be a bit of an AU story for the films. Basically, Legolas, Tauriel, and the Morgul shaft have been omitted, so Kili never got hurt and didn't need to stay behind in Laketown. In this story, it's just Bofur who gets left behind after oversleeping like he does in the movie. The story basically follows him before, during, and after Smaug's attack, as he helps Bard's family get to safety, then later when he begins his lonely trek to Erebor, and maybe even a little later. The story will also focus a bit on the character development that Bofur was supposed to have in the movie, but didn't.
Name: La Boheme
Fandom: Moulin Rouge!
Chapter Count: 4
Pairings/Relationships: Christian/Satine. (one-sided) The Duke/Satine
Summary: Another story for Moulin Rouge! This one is interesting, because in this story I'll be changing the whole last 1/3 of the movie, starting right when Zidler learns of Satine's illness, all the way to the end. I am still really pissed that Zidler chose to keep Satine in the dark about her own sickness (which makes very little sense, as I will rant about in my author notes before the story has even started). So I wanted to write a sort of "What if..." story, showing what might have happened if Zidler had let the cat out of the bag about Satine's illness earlier in the story. This will not be a fix-it AU, so Satine will still die in the end (sorry). I chose the title because in many places, this story will resemble Puccini's opera more, which was one of the inspirations for the movie itself.
Name: The Hunchback Notre Dame 2
Fandom: The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Chapter Count: 1 (or more)
Pairings/Relationships: Quasimodo/Madellaine
Summary: So, this story is quite interesting, because it's not a 100% original piece. This story is a complete revision of the Disney Hunchback of Notre Dame sequel. I got inspired to write this after listening to some music from the American musical adaptation of HOND (I really should watch the whole performance on Youtube already). Anyway, this story serves as a sequel to the musical rather than the Disney movie (just FYI, the musical ends like the novel does, with a much darker and more tragic end. Look it up). Anyway, I altered the ending so certain characters survive. My main reason for wanting to rewrite this movie is because in addition to the crappy animation, the writing was weak in many parts. So I wanted to try making the story stronger, darker, and more complex, along with its characters. This story will be written one and/or two ways. One way that I am working on right now is writing it like the summary of a musical on Wikipedia, complete with a "musical numbers" list (really just song titles). Lame, I know. The second way, which I may or may not do, is writing the story like an actual fanfiction rather than a summary. I'm definitely doing the first one, though.
Name: Dorothy!
Fandom: The Wizard of Oz
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: No romantic relationships
Summary: This story isn't so much a fanfiction as it is a story I hope to get published someday. I even imagined it as a graphic novel at one point. Who knows, maybe I'll write this as a fanfiction first, then try to get it published. Anyway, this little puppy has been cooking in my head since 2007 (almost 12 years, good grief!), and still is. There's really nothing too original about it. It's essentially a re-imagining of The Wizard of Oz set in a world that is more Science-Fiction and Dark Fantasy in atmosphere. The story is much darker and more graphic, and all the characters are slightly darker versions of themselves. Dorothy is a college dropout suffering from depression and attitude issues following her parents deaths; Toto is a skin-walker named Tobias living in Oz who is seeking revenge on his sister's killer; the scarecrow is one of an army of straw-men Frankenstein-ed to life to fight off crow monsters sent by the Western Hag (the Wicked Witch of the West) to destroy the farmers and their crops, and is ostracized by the other strew-men and the farmer, not just for not being able to fully defend the fields, but also for identifying as female despite having a more masculine design; the lion is a Sphinx-like creature who was exiled from his home after an act of cowardice resulted in the gruesome slaughter of hundreds of his people at the Hag's hands; and the Tin Man is a cyborg soldier who wants a biological heart after his real heart was damaged and replaced with a mechanical one, and has survived for the last one hundred years by stealing the "hearts" of other cyborg soldiers after they were shut down. And those are just the main characters. The Western Hag is even worse, and I'd rather not get into it here. Other elements of both the book and movie have been given darker make-overs (man-eating trees to replace the talking ones in the movie, for example). Again, it's still cooking.
Name: The Clock Keeper of Westminster (semi-official title)
Fandom: The Hunchback of Notre Dame/Phantom of the Opera/La Boheme
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: Various
Summary: This is another one that I plan on publishing someday. This story is loosely inspired by Victor Hugo's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, with some elements of Gaston Leroux's The Phantom of the Opera, and Giacomo Puccini's La Boheme. The story is set in the 1920s in London, England, and revolves around a disfigured woman who was adopted and raised by the rector of St. Margaret's Church, and spends her days fixing and cleaning the interior and exterior of the Big Ben clock tower. There are boatload of other characters involved, many of whom fill in the roles of characters from Hugo's novel, one being a 30-something year old American nomad named Milo who fills in the role of Esmeralda.
Name: Grotesque
Fandom: Beauty and the Beast
Chapter Count: Unknown
Pairings/Relationships: Beauty/Beast, various relationships
Summary: Once again, this is a story I hope to publish someday. Like with the others, the story is an adaptation of a well known classic. This time it's Beauty and the Beast. And like The Clock Keeper of Westminster, the genders of the titular characters have been flipped, so we'll have a female beast this time. Anyway, the story is going to be much darker and more graphic than the original fairy tale, and the Beast's backstory is significantly different, not to mention that the present story is much more complex. I even realized that many of the aspects of this story were unconsciously taken from my Teen Wolf BATB story Haven. Who knows, maybe I'll end up revising that one into this story and get it published. Maybe.
~*~
In addition to these, I also have several stories planned for shows I haven't even seen yet. And they are all shows that star Sebastian Stan (Bucky) and revolve around his characters, because I have a serious crush on the guy right now.
First there is my story Mad March and its sequel Irregular as well as a currently unnamed Beauty and the Beast like story for the show Once Upon a Time.
There is the story Titanium for the show Political Animals (which involves LGBTQ+ themes that I, as a straight, cisgender woman, need to be careful with when writing).
Lastly, there is my story Girl, Interrupted for the show Kings.
Most likely I will not get any of these started until I actually watch the shows themselves, whenever that is.
Tragic news, folks.
We just lost a great one.
Legendary Marvel creator, and our ever present Watcher, Stan "The Man" Lee, has just passed away.
He was 95 years old.
We knew it was going to happen, but that doesn't make it any less heart-breaking.
This man created some of the most iconic, real, and human superheroes the world has ever known.
Since as far back as 1989, he has starred alongside his characters, popping up at random yet anticipated moments, always with a wisecrack or hilarious line.
Whether he was attempting to pull Thor's hammer with his truck,
or scoffing at the idea of superheroes in New York,
among other things, he never disappointed.
His presence in the MCU has become as integral and beloved as every post-credit scene ever filmed, and I still can't believe that we'll never see him again in another movie.
I'm never going to be able to watch another Marvel movie without crying when I see one of his cameos
The MCU just won't be the same without him, and I hope they have a wonderful way to honor him in the upcoming movies.
Rest in Peace, Stan. You will never be forgotten.
Keep on Watching us from where you are.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
IF YOU HAVE READ OR ARE READING ANY OF MY TOLKIEN FANFICTIONS, PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY THROUGH. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
~~
Well guys, I have some rather disappointing news. Some of you have probably already heard about this, especially if you're a member of MiddleEarthLovers here on DA and have read their latest announcement.
I have been informed by a friend that the Tolkien Estate, which is owned by Tolkien's son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and owns the rights to his work, do not allow fanfictions.
Yeah, you read that right. Essentially, any and all fanfictions based on Tolkien's work are illegal. And yes, I believe that counts for fanfictions based on adaptations of Tolkien's work in media.
Here is the link to the page on their website that states their stance on fanfictions:
www.tolkienestate.com/en/paths…
As you can see, they are pretty clear about where they stand on this. Now, as of yet, the Estate has not made any active efforts to halt the publication of non-commercial fanfictions on the internet, just the commercial ones. But this is probably due to how much time and money it would take to take legal action against every single person posting fanfictions on the internet.
However, that doesn't change the fact that all Tolkien fanfictions are basically illegal, so I myself have chosen to comply with the rule, partly to avoid any potential legal issues and partly out of respect for the Professor and his family.
This means that all my Tolkien fanfictions that are currently on DA and FF. net will be taken down, and all my unfinished series such as...
-The Healer's Student
-The Pen is Mightier
-My Pet
...will be discontinued on here for a very long time. I say that because this rule will not be permanent; it will just be in effect until the rights to Tolkien's work enter the Public Domain, which probably won't be until the year 2044. It's not entirely clear.
I also will not be posting any new Tolkien stories either, if that wasn't obvious already.
However, my....
-Tolkien articles
-Song parodies/rewrites
...will stay because they are protected under the Fair Use Law.
I will point out that here on DA, I will not be deleting the deviations, just putting them into storage. That way I can easily retrieve them and put them back into my gallery without having to go through the process of re-uploading each and every single one of them, just in case the law changes somehow. I wouldn't hold my breath for that if I were you guys, though.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2!
To all my watchers (and those just reading this while passing through) who have Tolkien fanfictions, whether already written or in the works, I strongly suggest you guys do the same. Whether out of respect for Professor Tolkien and his family or just to avoid any possible legal issues that may arise, it would be best if you guys complied with the rule as well.
Of course, you guys don't have to delete your stories. Just do what I'm doing and put them into storage. Here's a guide to help you with that process:
Managing Your Deviations- A Hidden Menu!Community Week
Did You Know...
...DeviantART has a mass storage system of all your gallery deviations?...you can manage all of your gallery deviations from one location?...you can move deviations into "Storage" and essentially remove them from your gallery while preserving the page view, favorite, download, and other statistics?
THIS IS ALL 100% POSSIBLE!
Many of us have deviations in our galleries that you no longer have the computer file for and would be devastated if you lost them… Ever thought, "I really don't want to download each deviation to my computer or sta.sh but I just don't want them in my gallery any longer! Then there's a handful of deviations I want to turn off comments for. I wonder if this can be done all at once?" If this is you... Keep Reading! :eager:
Also, if you have stories on other websites like tumbler, AO3, FF.net etc, please do the same over there as well.
And while you're at it, please be sure to spread the word. Tell your watchers and readers about this, and tell them to tell their watchers and reader to tell their watchers and readers, and so on and so forth. The more people who know about this, the better.
If you are also worried about the legality of other stories you have based on other fandoms, here's a link to a page that will help you:
www.standoutbooks.com/fan-fict…
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
This may be a very frustrating thing to read right now, especially for all of you who have been waiting for ages for me to update certain stories. You guys know who you are.
However, you will be relieved to hear that although I will not be writing or updating any Tolkien fanfictions on here, there is still a chance for me to continue sharing my stories with you.
Right now, I am currently working on setting up a Facebook group which I will use as a way to share my stories with whoever wants to keep reading them (which is most likely all of you.)
The group hasn't been made yet, mainly because I've been trying to find a way to conveniently share stories to lots of people simultaneously via message, and because I'm trying to come up with a good name for it (ideas, anyone?)
So, keep a lookout for my next status or journal update for the link to the group, when I make it.
Another thing, although I was initially making this group as a means for me to share my stories, I have decided to allow the group to double as a fanfiction exchange. So, if any of you want to keep sharing your stories with friends after taking them down, you may do so in the group. Just remember that all fanfictions must be shared via message only. The group will also be a closed group, for those of you who want to keep your fanfiction addiction a secret from your family and friends on Facebook that you don't want to see.
Anyway, until the link shows up, I want to thank everyone who has faithfully read and followed my stories on here. You guys have been so awesome! Thank you for being so patient and understanding, especially on the many occasions when my Muse decided to not cooperate. Thank you for all the wonderful feedback you guys have given my stories. I appreciate every single one of your comments and faves, no matter how excessive.
See you on Facebook!
