Description
For those of you who do not know, Gerik is the name given to Gerard Butlers' version of Erik (the Phantom). It's a fusion of the names Gerard and Erik.
Anyway, this a running joke among Phans (fans of the Phantom of the Opera) about how in the 2004 movie, the Phantom was played by Gerard Butler, who also played King Leonidas in 300. Hence, the Sparta joke.
It is a joke that has been beaten to death. Which basically makes me a hypocrite. Oh well!
